This JK came in on its frame on a flatbed trailer. It left with custom width D80 and D60 axles. filled with 40 spline shafts and arb lockers. Artec Industries truss systems, custom rear triangulation, 3 link front, rpm 2.5 ton aluminum steering, 14" ORI struts front and rear. 40" nitto trail grapplers on 17" kmc machete beadlocks. PSC hydro assist. and custom made brake lines from the master cylinder to the calipers.

What came in as a stock black ford raptor, left a whole new beast.
we started with a matte gray vinyl wrap. ADD front bumper with 40" Baja design light bar in center and 10" high beam off road led bars on sides. added an AFE cold air intake and bullydog tuner. 37" Toyo mud terrain tires, xd wheels and a 4" fabtech lift kit.
Check out this JK we outfitted with an audio system, AEVconversions 3.5” lift, snorkel, truckliteco headlights, LED tail lights, and LED windshield lights. And to clean it all up, we removed the carpet and bed lined the entire floor.
Check out this brand new Jeep JL that we installed a 2.5" Rubicon Express lift. 37" Nitto Tire Ridge Grapplers with some 17" XD Wheels. We then installed a Smittybilt 10k synthetic winch on a Warn mount to fit perfectly in the factory bumper. And to top it off, we added a set of Rigid Industries Side shooters on ZROADZ windshield mounts.
We added a Rock Krawler 2.5" lift with Fox 2.0 shocks. They wanted to keep the factory wheels, so we added a set of G2 Gear and Axle wheel spacers to fit their new 35” BFGoodrich KO2 tires. And to fit the spare we added a Smittybilt tire relocation bracket.
Stage 1
We installed a Teraflex 2.5" suspension lift. Added a set of 35" Nitto trail grapplers with 20" XD Monsters. Finally, we added a set of Trucklite LED headlights to really brighten things up.
This customer had damaged his stock flare, so in preparation of larger tires, we installed a set of Bushwacker high clearance flares and then restored this customers front bumper back to its OEM shine.
Stage 2
We installed a Rockhard 4x4 Sport Cage, Poison Spyder Customs front and rear bumpers, Poison Spyder Customs Flares, Rigid Industries LED Cubes and 50" SR LED Light Bar and topped it off with Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers. And of course, we powder coated everything white to match the factory paint.
This customer wanted to equip his rig to be ready for anything. We started with Poison Spyder Customs BFH front and rear bumpers, rocker knockers and flares. We then added a Synergy MFG 3" lift, steering and HD crossmember with some Bilstein 5160 shocks. To pair with the new lift, we added race line bead locks that were paint matched wrapped in a set of 37" Goodyear MTR Kevlar tires. A Rugged Ridge snorkel was added for additional water depth protection. A rockhard4x4 sport cage was added for protection. And Rigid Industries lights were added to brighten things up. And to control the new lights we added an sPod electrical system. Finally, to turn these larger tires, we added a PSC Hydro assist system tapped into his factory steering box.
Rock Krawler 2.5" Max Travel Suspension with Bilstein 5100 shocks. The factory flares were trimmed to increase clearance for the 35" Goodyear MTR Kevlar tires. We installed a set of Poison Spyder Customs Rocker knockers that the customer custom painted pink. We installed a Poison Spyder rear Brawler bumper. The customer installed an ACE engineering front bumper w/ 20" Rigid LED light bar.
This customer brought us his mildly built JK with an AEV 3.5" lift on 35" trail grapplers. We added front and rear Poison Spyder Customs Brawler Bumpers and built a roll cage to the owners specifics that was built off the factory cage to better protect everyone inside. This cage was built from 1.75" DOM tubing with triangulation in mind.
This truck received a ProComp 6" suspension lift with 33" Goodyear Duratrac tires on 18" XD Monster wheels.
This rig is equipped with a 4.5" Skyjacker Suspension, 37" Patagonia tires, Synergy trackbar and steering box brace, DV8 bumper and inner fender liner, Smittybilt winch and a fresh set of 5.13 Revolution gears.
Check out this TJ we outfitted with a Rubicon Express 3.5" long arm kit! As well as the long arm kit, it got some Artec Industries lower control arm mounts to replace the mangled, thin metal ones. For armor on the trail, we dialed it in with front Poison Spyder Customs DeFenders in a 3" flare and a front BFH Brawler bumper.
This customer got equipped with a G2 Dana 44 front axle with an ARB locker and 4.88 gears. We then matched his rear axle with an ARB locker and 4.88 gears and added an ARB compressor to run his new lockers. We also added a set of 37" Toyo Tires on his factory wheels with a set of wheel spacers to add offset. We then replaced his entire clutch assembly system so that this rig could get back on the street!
This JL received a full electrical makeover! We started with adding KC cyclone rock lights all around his rig. We then moved to the interior where we added over 20 KC cyclone lights in both red and white LEDs. This customer uses his rig for overlanding and wanted to make sure he could see inside and outside at night. We then added a Genesis USB and 12V outlet in the trunk next to the American Adventure Lab trunk storage rack we installed. We were also able to diagnose a number of audible and drivability issues this customer was having.
This customer had us install a set of G2 chromoly rear axle shafts. This way, when it comes time for him to upgrade to 40" tires, he'll be ready!
This Gladiator got the full protection plan. Starting with Artec Industries, we added a set of their aluminum skid plates (that we polished to a highly reflective shine) and FAD Skid plate. We also added a Synergy draglink and tie rod system. And topped it off with a synergy trackbar and steering box brace to combat against the factory steering defects.
Adding larger tires puts a lot of strain on your factory tire carrier, so we added a Rugged Ridge Cast Steel Hinge system to better handle the larger and heavier off road tires. We also added a ProComp 3rd brake light ring to increase the safety of being seen while braking.
This customer had put on larger tires and it started to make the Jeep feel sluggish. So we added a set of 5.13 Revolution Gears to offset the added rotational mass and give this Jeep back some pep and mpgs.
This Rig came in for a new set of heavy duty Teraflex Ball joints. The added weight of larger tires and the stress of off roading can cause your parts to wear out prematurely, but thankfully, Teraflex is here. With their new balljoints designed to handle the increased load.
This Gecko JK was feeling a little sluggish, so we added a set of 4.88 G2 gears to regain some of that pep that can be lost after adding larger and heavier aftermarket tires.
This 4 runner came in for their first stage of components. We started with adding an Artec Industries front bumper insert with an 8k Warn VR EVO Synthetic winch and a 40" Rigid SR Light bar. We then added Artec Roof rack, side step rocker guards and aluminum front lower control arm skids. Hows that for a stage 1?
This beautiful JL came in with many drivability issues. Our first step was to add a Synergy front track bar, complete steering system and track bar/steering box brace. We complimented the new steering system with a Fox ATS adjustable Steering stabilizer. We then went and added red Artec Industries inner fender liners for extra protection.
This Jeep came in for their first mod of many. We went ahead and tinted to the windows to add to interior privacy.
This vehicle had been sitting for a while and was about to become a daily driver. We inspected the entire Jeep and resolved many issues. This Jeep came out with a new crank shaft pulley, new rear pinion seal, and new front inner axle shafts. Leak free and ready to roll!
This customer wanted to add some interior protection and style points. So we went ahead and added a Rock Hard 4x4 roll cage and had it powder coated to match the factory paint. This cage came out hot!
This JK came in for a once over of their suspension and ended up receiving new triple rate Rock Krawler coils, Adams front driveshaft and we ended up welding weld washers onto the front track bar mount because the factory holes were wallowed out.
This customer came to us needing new tires and for their suspension looked over. We ended up with 5 new Falcon tires, new Teraflex Ball Joints, wheel spacers and an oil change.
This truck came in with a case of the wobbles. Fortunately we were able to get this customer setup with a steering recall with his local dealership. While we had it, we went ahead and did an oil change and fuel filter change. Because maintenance is important too!
This customer came in for the total package. We started with replacing his rough country lift kit with a Metal cloak suspension. We then added Artec rear coil correction perches, a TeraFlex Belly up kit, MORE 1" Body lift, Novak Shifter, Adams driveshaft, spidertrax wheel spacers and a fully custom exhaust system.
